Assessments
I offer neuropsychological and regular psychological assessments. These evaluations are usually aimed at understanding psychological disturbance relating to neurological and / or psychiatric disorders, in order to answer referral questions, and to provide support, psycho-education, and recommendations. Many of my referrals come from attorneys who require comprehensive reports, for medico-legal purposes. I also get assessment referrals from doctors, insurance companies, and aviation authorities.

Therapy
Therapy can be of benefit to clients with a wide array of psychological / life difficulties, of which common examples include depression, anxiety and interpersonal problems. I offer individual therapy for adults and teenagers. In such therapy, psychological theory and related therapeutic approaches are incorporated within the context of a confidential, emotionally supportive relationship, to encourage constructive shifts in thinking, feeling and behaviour.
All therapists hold values and philosophical assumptions, which inevitably influence psychological perspectives. For this reason, it may be worth considering that I hold Christian beliefs.
